So its not going well... we are reevaluating our plan! We know he is ready, it is just hard to listen to him beg to not have to go... :(

I feel your pain. Let me know if you're ready for the whole crew in underpants tomorrow or if you would like to defer that plan and just have "potty time" while wearing diapers
